We had a "Bucket list" holiday planned for 2018. The itinerary was to include the USA and Canada. The main part of the holiday was "The Rocky Mountaineer "train journey through the Canadian Rockies. From start to finish the trip was seamless. We started off in Washington,then Boston and New York. From New York to Calgary (start of Rocky Mountaineer) and on to Vancouver. We then moved on to Seattle and finished up in LA. Andrew organised all the flights and hotels which were excellent and in great locations which allowed us to see a lot of the attractions even though we only had a few days in each city. He worked closely with us to ensure that we had the trip of a lifetime, which we did. We would like to thank Andrew and his team for all the hard work and help. I recently used Travel Advisors to book a cruise. Unfortunately because of passport requirements I was unable to travel. Needless to say this was a very upsetting experience especially as I was at the airport ready to travel! It also meant that the cruise and flight was potentially lost. Andrew from Travel Advisors took control of the situation and magically rearranged a new Cruise and flight for a few weeks later. This was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend Andrew. After having an issue with the Low Cost Holidays closure and losing our holiday that the whole family was so looking forward too. We decided to go up to our local travel agent - Andrew in Travel Advisors Ratoath and without hesitation Andrew dropped everything and was on ringing our Hotel who wouldn't answer mind you for best part of two days. Andrew rang different resorts in the Mediterranean to try and accommodate us, to say he went be on the call of duty is a understatement. On Tuesday evening after a lot of hard work Andrew managed to buy our booking back and were re booked with tickets and all in hand on Tuesday evening. Andrew at Travel Advisors Ratoath made three young kids very happy and we cannot thank him enough. At the end of the day none of us knew LCH would go bang but it costs nothing to speak to your local travel agent.
